Friggin Snow

Got to school at 7:30, which I figure is a good time for it. Went into the library and did my Mass Media homework. I love that class.

Themes in Lit was alright. We finished the War of the Worlds panic film. It gave away the ending to another movie we're watching in Film Lit though...
AP Psych was alright, but I hate when we just kinda sit there the whole time.
Lunch was awesome.
Mass Media was awesome like always. Well, not always, sometimes it's dull, but it was cool. I think IO and I did amazing on our project presentation, and Schoeff believes that even though I already love the class, I won't be fully in love until we get to advertisement.
Econ was alright. Video presentation, and watching another game of Egyptian Rat Screw. That was hilarious. We got out slightly early too, but it didn't really matter.

It was really snowy. And difficult to get home. Then I got my hair cut.

German was good. The education of it, the actual class sucks. Everyone that I would talk to on a normal basis that's not PK is across the room and distracted, and PK just says random things, and I like conversations.
English was alright too. I'm tired of poetry units in high school though.
Lunch was alright.
We finished watching clips in Film Lit, but that just makes me worry about next time.
Earth/Space was decent, but only because of the experiment we did. Other classes didn't get it finished, which is weird because of how easy it was.

After school, we had rehearsal, which sucks...
I mean doesn't.

Today was awesome. I had gotten a lot of sleep and am still pretty awake.

Got to school before Carie, which was surprising. She had gone to polar pop, but only got lemonade, which fails. I'm writing this because she reads :P

Themes in Lit this morning. Nobody was there today, and we were watching the panic documentary about the War of the Worlds radio broadcast.
Ap Psych, for the little time we were in there was alright. Then we went to a jazz concert. Gold Company, this awesome ensemble from Kalamazoo, Michigan put on an amazing performance, and there should be videos below. Really brought back my likeness for Jazz.
Lunch was pretty epic. I used the power of Mozzi Sticks to gain a real lunch.
Mass Media was alright. Vocab test was easy.
Econ was also easy, and we watched this old cartoon called Return to Mocha, which I think was a 60s film to popularize rock n roll.

Readthru after school, and straight home only to leave and go to Bob Evans where I discussed Gold Company with our waitress.

Just now noticed time stamp on camera. Nice.

Anywho, let's get rolling.

German was boring. But Frau was back. But it was still boring. So...meh?
English was alright, we made posters based on a quote from either Emerson or Thoreau. That was alright I guess.
Lunch was cool.
Film Lit was pretty awesome. We got to show clips from movies, and I showed the "Chase the Morning" scene from Repo: The Genetic Opera. I also got Penguin to show The Time Warp from Rocky Horror Picture Show. It was great. Especially with Parker as the teacher.
Earth/Space was boring, but I totally called the fire drill.

Got cast as Raccoon in the play.

Hung out with Carie and Anthony afterward, ate at Arbys with mom having a late night meeting.

Went to sleep EAAAARLY.

Got to school later than usual, which was weird because I went to bed EARLIER than usual. Odd...

Finished August Rush in Themes. It was an amazing movie and you should see it if you enjoy awesome. Afterwards, we went to the library and screwed around on the laptops.
AP Psych was a work day. Leswing should be back on Friday.
Lunch was cool. We have the most random convos everyday (Because we have almost the same people everyday).
Mass Media was awesome. We did our projects. My GIFs didn't work, which upset me because they were pretty awesome, but it was a good presentation anyway.
Econ was fun. We played a game where we made jewelry and each group had different rules, and we'd switch around those rules each round. We started to make a comeback, but ended up losing by 24 points.

After school I...went home. Holy crap. That's new.

We ended up watching The Host, which is an amazing So. Korean monster film that has a lot of comic relief to go with the drama. It was amazingly awesome.

Postscript: Sitting in AP Psych

1/20/09

Gold day. Break down. Tired. But not as tired as John here. But more about that later.

German sucked. Horribly. Sub. Sammy was gone. It was boring. Stupid inauguration.
English was once again boring. Transcendentalist writing is long and boring.
Lunch was alright.
Film Lit was alright. Some people showed clips and then we watched the intro to "The Battle Over Citizen Kane".
Earth/Space was alright. I like this unit.

After school, auditions took place. Earlier in the day, I had found out that Evan had the same monologue as me, so I just got another one and memorized it in about five minutes. And then I delivered it pretty well.

Afterwards, myself, IO, and Carie went to WalMart so Carie could buy REPO (Awesome movie), then Burger King to eat.
Eventually, I went and hung out with Tucker and Anthony.

Came into school not knowing what the school day was gonna be. Turns out it was a Blue day, which was good for me, but IO freaked out.

Let's see....

Started watching more of August Rush in Themes, but didn't get to finish it. Amazing movie.
AP Psych, we had a sub due to the inauguration. It was alright, just did stuff on the computer.
Lunch was alright. Liz has fourth lunch now though.
Mass Media was fine, worked on some random article.
Econ was boring. Hilarious, but boring.

After school, I decided to go to the audition workshop and ended up being one of the critiques. That was fun.

Oh My God, It's A Mirage I'm Tellin' Y'all It's Sabotage

Woke up at 6:30 even though we were on a two hour delay. Got some Mass Media homework done early so I didn't have to worry about it on Monday.

Warmed up Steve the Female Car while listening to my new mix. Pretty awesome if I do say so myself.

Themes in Lit, we finished Clint Eastwood's documentary and started on August Rush. Never seen it, but the first 15 minutes have me hooked and I can't wait until we get to watch the rest.
AP Psych was alright, went over some random stuff. boring day. I missed the awesome day.
Lunch was fun. Yay, fun.
Mass Media was cool. I want the Millennium of Media song (Which is what I'm calling it) that we got to listen to.
Econ was also fun. Simple game. S'alright.

After school, hung out with Anthony and Carie for a bit before going home.

I started playing Kingdom of Loathing again, and got Anthony to play. he's been busy, so I farmed for him a bit. Playing a different class than usual is fun, and got me more addicted to the game.

Mom is sick now.

The parking lot was dark. One light was on, and it was nowhere near where I park.
So that was annoying.

I was told that what I had missed in Mass Media was the fact that I'm doing a report on the phonograph. Woo...

G1! German was alright. Got things done pretty quickly and ended up bored, forgetting to have grabbed War of the Worlds to read for Themes.
G2! English was boring. I've read Walden. Didn't want to read it again.
Lunch was alright. Didn't feel like eating the pizza (greasy) or the main course (ham and cheesy noodle (which depresses me, because they're soooo good)). So instead, I got the chicken tenders. Awesome choice.
G3! Mr. McKenna came in and showed us some amateur films he's had a part of. They were pretty cool, especially the one he acted in which was a remake of H.P. Lovecraft's "The Picture in the House". It was sweet.
G4! Earth/Space was forever boring. Always will be. SSR is back though, and I got to read a great deal of War of the Worlds. Gonna get all the reading done for Themes and the requirement for Film Lit before spring break, then finish the rest afterward.

Really snowy outside. Dangerous. Skidding.

Snowball fight was fun though, and it's not that cold. Unless you're Anthony and snowball without gloves.

Postscript: Lunch shot. Got Carie while she was eating and IO when she was telling me not to take a shot because she wanted to pose somehow.

Bye bye 3 exempt a finals, oh well.

I really don't care about having to miss one final. Most of my classes are English, so I'd only get about two anyway.

So my sickness carried on through the night and the next morning, I stayed home from school. Which was good because it hasn't really gone away until rather recently.

Not much to really say.

Biggest Loser is stupid this season. It's not nice to send 9 people home at the beginning as a twist when they're there trying to lose weight and become healthier.

Let's see what I can remember from yesterday

Waited a bit for some people before school.
Then went to class. Yay class.

German was cool. We got assigned seats though, which fails, but at least I'm by the door. Different perspectives are cool, and I don't have anyone behind me, which usually makes me paranoid.
English was alright. More transcendentalism.
Lunch was ok.
Film Literature was cool. Finished Orson Welle's The Stranger. Amazing movie. Orson was an awesome actor and a brilliant director. His usage of light was amazing. And him randomly drawing a swastika on the pad while all these people were after him was hilarious.
Earth/Space was alright. No one really in my class. I sit by Mikey Tiller. Not sure how I feel about that yet.

Speaking of feel, I ended up being really really sick.

Went to school, chilled with random people.
Finally, a blue day where we go in order of the classes though.

Themes in Literature, we got our novels for the semester, and watched some of Clint Eastwood's documentary. It's pretty good.
AP Psych, we got the information for our final, and all the stuff we're going to do leading up to it. We also got assigned seats, so I don't get my awesome pot against the wall.
Lunch was alright.
Mass Media, we got assigned seats, where it turns out alphabetically gets me to sit by IO. We also talked a lot about advertisement we've seen just that day, and made a timeline of major media events.
Finally, Econ. Bruck went over a bunch of stuff. The dude is awesome. Econ is going to be sweet.

After school, Carie, Anthony and I went to BK and then to the movies to see The Unborn. It was pretty good, apparently good enough to scare everyone else, giving me fodder to laugh at them.

Today was awesome.

I think my productiveness yesterday is what made me tired early, so I will no longer be productive

Today was cool. Woke up early, feeling good, ended up getting to school 10 minutes earlier than usual, no matter what the snow thought.

The cake is a lie, by the way.

Started out the day with German 1 which just makes me happy. I love German, and I get it with the coolest teacher, and PK and Sammy. Kasey is there too, but she was late to class today.
Had English next. I technically have two teachers, because Mr. Jacobs includes himself in on Bunnell's convos to mess with her. It's great, and helps people pay attention. Some cool people in there, but the only one who is near me is Emily.
First lunch with IO, Jake,Penguin, Hannah (familiar), Mike, Sammy, and someone else I believe.
Film Lit is amazing. I can't believe I get to take it and the continuation class at the same time. Get to? Sorry, have to. Stupid school
Last but not least. Actually, least. Earth/Space. Cool kids though, and we don't have to mess with rocks.

Went over to Anthony's. Best game of this or that ever.
Then went to Bamboo Garden with mom. Saw Becca. She spoke French.

Sorry. Went to bed fairly early on 1/7 hence the day late thing

But hey, it's only a day


Did my last final, which wasn't really a final. Then watched a movie/slept in the audiotorium thanks to exempting.

First lunch. Have it with IO, Jake, Penguin, Liz, Hannah, and Tucker

3rd period first. Mass Media is going to be an awesome class. Schoeff is an awesome teacher, and I have it with IO and Lauren Sample
First period second. Themes in Literature. Parker is a good teacher when you are her favorite or into the class, so I'm good. Taylor, Penguin, and a few others.
Ap Psych is going to be awesome. Rachael W., IO, Frankie, Sarah, and a few others plus Leswing is cool.
Finally Econ. The only teacher I really don't know about. I've talked to him and he's cool, and the class is cool, but we'll see.

No Foxytunes, not listening to music for once.

Didn't have a second period final, so my first class was nothingness. Watched Narnia. Kind of. Fell asleep XD.
Lunch was fine.
Earth/Space final was easy. Way too easy. Anyone who exempted it made a bad choice.
Creative Final was easy too, but it was cool getting to read something I had written two weeks ago. It was pretty good. It was technically a fanfic, or a remake depending on how you look at it. But it was good.

I woke up at 6:30 today, which hasn't happened for the last two weeks. School is back. The question? Is this second semester yet?

Yay. Finals.

First off, I ended up forgetting my locker combo, turns out i was two numbers off.

English final was easy. Got to spend most of the time hanging out with people.
Went to first lunch since I exempted Ap Psych. Hung out with Ellen. Went back. Watched a half hour of Cool Runnings, then went to my actual lunch, third lunch.
Lastly, German final. I feel like I did awesome on it. About ten minutes from the end of the day, we had a blackout. Hilarious. Not the first time either.
